Hello! I’m Kwinn.
As long as I can recall, I have wanted to help people. When I learn a new skill, I’m immediately looking for ways I can share it, I can’t help myself.
That desire to help people led me from business school right into the non-profit world. For more than 20 years, I have been building programs, teams, and systems with the specific vision that human services call for the same level of excellence as their for-profit counterparts.
In my career, I have had some big wins–building meaningful programs from the ground up, developing lucrative fundraising events, executing multiple strategic plans, hiring and developing a team of incredible leaders, and consistently maintaining a balanced or surplus budget despite many shifts in the global economy.
I have worked closely with people in so many industries–tech CFO’s, investment bankers, social workers, interns, and everyone in between.
I am proud of my track record, but all of my successes were possible because of the team of people beside me and a list of incredibly generous mentors guiding me.
